How is your Zellige made?

The creation of Zellige, the vibrant and intricate tilework that is a hallmark of Moroccan architecture, is a centuries-old craft passed down through generations of master artisans, or maâlems. This traditional process, largely unchanged for nearly a millennium, involves a series of meticulous stages, each demanding immense skill, patience, and an intimate understanding of the materials.
